Strabismus occurs when the two eyes are not aligned and are not working together as a team. This can result in reduced vision (amblyopia), double vision, loss of binocular vision, poor depth perception, learning difficulties, and challenges with coordination.
We provide a safe, non-surgical alternative through vision therapy. Vision therapy can produce both positive cosmetic results and improvements in vision such that patients can achieve clear, single, and comfortable binocular vision.
For those who have had surgery or do choose to have strabismus surgery, surgical success can be improved with pre- and post-operative vision therapy.
